The Cencert GetValid qualified electronic signature and seal validation service is provided by Enigma Systemy Ochrony Informacji Sp. z o.o., under the Cencert brand, in accordance with the policy published on cencert.pl and the EU eIDAS Regulation (Regulation (EU) No. 910/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 July 2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market and repealing Directive 1999/93/EC). The eIDAS regulations aim to facilitate access to electronic interactions and build an EU digital identity.

The qualified status of the validation service provided by Cencert is confirmed by its entry in the register of trust service providers, maintained by the National Bank of Poland, under the name Qualified Validation Service for Qualified Electronic Signatures and Seals (see nccert.pl).
