Cencert GetValid’s Qualified Validation Service is a technologically advanced, yet simple, process for verifying the validity of signatures and the integrity of electronic documents. This service is a key tool in ensuring the trustworthiness of e-documents.

Cencert GetValid is an indispensable component in today’s digital world, where document security and authenticity are extremely important. Validation is necessary to assess the integrity of digital documents, as well as to check the validity of electronic signatures and seals, which is of invaluable value in business and in many areas of private life.

The purpose of Cencert GetValid is to verify that the signatures with which electronic documents are affixed are valid and have the legal force associated with the type of signature, and that the document itself was not modified after the signatures and/or seals were affixed.

During/after the document is uploaded until the validation process has taken place, at no stage can anyone from Enigma/Cencert, other than the owner of the document, open and learn about its contents.

The Cencert GetValid qualified validation service for electronic signatures and seals is provided by Enigma Systemy Ochrony Informacji Sp. z o.o., under the Cencert brand, in accordance with the policy published on cencert.pl and the EU eIDAS Regulation (Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 July 2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market and repealing Directive 1999/93/EC). Enigma SOI, as a provider of a qualified validation service, passed the official audit necessary to meet the requirements of the eIDAS Regulation, after which it received a certificate issued by an accredited certification company (Deutsche Telekom Security GmbH).
